David Capatch

David Capatch is currently serving as the Chief Data and Technology Officer at the City of Lancaster, Pennsylvania since July 2023. Previously, they held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Medtrics Lab from August 2019 to December 2022. Prior to that, they co-founded Novipod, LLC in July 2013 and served as a co-founder until December 2019.

David Capatch attended Penn State University from 2011 to 2014, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology.
