Denice Lazo

Denice Lazo serves as the Redevelopment Administrator at the Bureau of City Planning for the City of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, starting in January 2021. Concurrently, Denice holds positions as Secretary of the Board of Directors for both the Lancaster Industrial Development Authority and the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Lancaster, and as Assistant to the Board for the City of Lancaster Land Bank, since January 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Director of the Transparency Office and Legal Analyst at the Honduran Social Investment Fund, and as an Attorney at Law at FHIS, showcasing a strong legal and administrative background. Education includes a Law degree from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Honduras, a certificate in Leadership Principles from Harvard Business School Online, and additional training in national defense.
