Stephen Campbell

Stephen Campbell currently serves as Director for the City of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, a position held since January 2020. With extensive experience in project management consulting, Stephen has been the President of Praxis Management Group since November 2007, offering services such as strategic planning and product evaluation. Additionally, Stephen is the President of Phoenix Sustainable Management Group, also established in 2007. Previously, from 2005 to 2007, Stephen worked as a Senior Planner at Dar Al-Handasah (Shair and Partners).
