Patti Garibay

Patti Garibay serves as the Community Development Director for the City of Lancaster since November 2008, with a progression of roles including Assistant Director, Manager, Management Analyst II, and Recreation Supervisor II. Prior experience with the City of Lancaster also includes the position of Recreation Coordinator from November 2005 to April 2008. Patti Garibay earned a Master of Public Administration (MPA) with a focus on Public Sector Management and Leadership from California State University, Northridge, between 2007 and 2010, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from San Diego State University.
