Caroline Smith

Caroline Smith is an experienced marketing and communications professional with a background in various roles within the City of Langford since May 2018, including Marketing and Communications Coordinator, Communications and Finance Assistant, and Tax Clerk. Prior to this, Caroline gained valuable retail experience at Town Shoes Limited as a Senior Sales Representative, where responsibilities included delivering exceptional customer service, team management, and sales operations. Additional retail experience includes a position as Sales Supervisor at Luxottica, overseeing sales activities and staff training, and as a Customer Service Representative at PetSmart, handling cash transactions and inventory management.
