Veronica Vianney Gamboa (Paramo Avitial) has over a decade of experience in program and project coordination, currently serving as Program Coordinator and Project Coordinator for the City of Laredo since December 2011. The City of Laredo is a city with a current population of approximately 257,156 residents and is located on the north bank of the historic Rio Grande River (or Rio Bravo, as it is known in Mexico). Laredo is unique in that it is the only city to operate international bridges between two Mexican states.
