Human Resources

The Human Resources team at the City of Laredo manages all aspects of recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and personnel policies for the city’s workforce. They ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations while fostering a positive and productive work environment for more than 5,000 employees. The team is also responsible for employee training and development programs, performance evaluations, and facilitating internal communication to enhance employee engagement and retention.
