Jose Vargas

Jose Vargas has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Human Resources Manager for the City of Las Cruces since June 2019. Prior to this role, Jose held positions as a Senior Human Resources Analyst and Human Resources Analyst within the same organization. Before joining the City of Las Cruces, Jose worked at Target from August 2014 to June 2019 as an Executive Team Leader. Jose earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from New Mexico State University, completing the program in 2010.
