Steve Neiger

Steve Neiger is a highly experienced professional in commercial real estate leasing and sales, currently serving as Principal and Managing Broker at Cast Capital Partners since December 2023. Neiger has held significant positions such as Vice Chair of the Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission for the City of Las Vegas since January 2016, and Board Member focused on Government Affairs at NAIOP Southern Nevada since January 2019. Previous roles include Broker Salesperson at Colliers International and Vice President at The Equity Group.
