Susan Heltsley

Susan Heltsley, CPA, CMA, currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Director of Finance for the City of Las Vegas since October 2021. Previously, Susan held the position of Assistant General Manager at the Clark County Water Reclamation District from July 2018 to October 2021 and was the Assistant Dean for Finance & Administration at Roseman University of Health Sciences from 2016 to July 2018, where business proposals for clinical practices were developed. Notable earlier roles include Vice President of Finance & CFO at Saint Martin's University, where a balanced budget was achieved despite enrollment declines, and various positions in budget management at the Washington State Department of Licensing, the Office of Financial Management, and the Liquor Control Board. Susan holds an MBA and a BA in Accounting from Saint Martin's University.
