Thomas Hayes is an experienced construction and engineering professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Construction Manager for the City of Las Vegas since August 2002, Thomas has held various leadership roles including Inspections Manager, OIT Superintendent, and Engineering Program Manager. Prior to this position, Thomas worked as a Project Manager at VTN Consulting from December 1989 to August 2002 and as Inspection Supervisor at Bookman-Edmonston Engineering from September 1985 to November 1989. Thomas holds a Bachelor's Degree in Geological Engineering from the University of Arizona, earned between 1980 and 1985.
