Nikia Simmons

Nikia Simmons is an experienced professional currently serving as an Executive Assistant for the City of Lawrence, Indiana since January 2024. Previously, Nikia worked as a Continuous Improvement Analyst at HighPoint Global from March 2016 to January 2024, focusing on quality standards in Medicare interactions and providing actionable feedback for training improvements.
