Joe Dunham

Joe Dunham has a long and varied work experience in the public sector, primarily in finance and management positions. Joe currently serves as the Financial Director for the City of Lawton, a role they started in 2022. Prior to this, they were the City Manager for the City of Guymon, Oklahoma from 2020 to 2021. From 2012 to 2020, Joe served as the City Manager for the City of Alva. Before that, they were the Finance Director for the City of Altus from 2006 to 2012. Joe'scareer in public service began in 1994 when they joined the City of Frederick, Oklahoma as the Finance Director and City Treasurer, where they handled various responsibilities including budgeting, managing cash accounts, and administering grants.
