Todd Parton

Todd Parton currently serves as the City Manager for the City of Leander, a position held since April 2024. Previously, Todd held the same title with the City of Beaumont, CA. Educationally, Todd earned a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Finance and Budget from the University of North Texas, where studies were completed from August 1990 to December 1993. Earlier academic accomplishments include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Crisis/Emergency/Disaster Management, also from the University of North Texas, completed in December 1989.
