Michael Abraniuk is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in desktop support and project management. Currently serving as a Desktop Support Analyst at the City of Leduc since October 2011, Michael has successfully managed the implementation of Ivanti Service Manager and oversees the yearly refresh of workstations and devices. Prior roles include over a decade at the City of Edmonton as a Computer Support Technician, providing extensive help desk support and troubleshooting across various environments. Michael's career began with positions at O&Y Enterprise and CDI College, where responsibilities included IT support and instruction. Educational qualifications include multiple certificates from NAIT and a distinction in IT Management from the University of Alberta, complemented by foundational training at the Royal Military College of Canada.
