Arby Todd

Deputy Chief at City of Lee's Summit

Arby Todd has extensive work experience in the field of emergency services and public safety. Arby joined the City of Lee's Summit in 2007 as a Captain in the Fire Department and served in that role until 2014. Arby then progressed to become a Battalion Chief in the same department from 2014 to 2021. Following this, they worked as an Assistant Chief for the City of Lee's Summit Fire Department from July 2021 to January 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Deputy Chief for the City of Lee's Summit since January 2022.

In addition to their roles within the City of Lee's Summit, Arby Todd also gained experience at the Mid-America Regional Council from 2018 to 2021, where they served as Command Staff Peer Support.

Prior to their career in the city fire department, Arby Todd served as a Combat Medic in the US Army, Missouri National Guard from 1997 to 2011.

Arby Todd obtained a Bachelor's degree in Fire Services Administration from Columbia Southern University in 2019. In addition, they completed their Paramedic License from Paramedic School CJCFPD in 2002. Arby also holds a Diploma from Wellington-Napoleon, which they acquired during the period of 1984 to 1996. Currently, Arby is pursuing an Associate's degree in Fire Services Administration from Columbia Southern University.
