Glenda Masters

Glenda Masters is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in arts administration and organizational development. As the Owner and Coach at Accelerate Arts Coaching & Consulting since September 2021, Glenda specializes in business coaching for arts administrators and creative entrepreneurs, focusing on strategic planning, organizational development, fundraising development, and transition planning. Currently serving as the Cultural Arts Manager for the City of Lee's Summit since March 2018, Glenda develops public arts and cultural programs while collaborating with community groups to align with the city's strategic goals. Previous roles include Development Manager for Parker Arts, Annual Fund Manager at Opera Colorado, and Resource Development Specialist for the Office of the Mayor and City Manager in Lakewood. Glenda holds a Master’s degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Regis University and a Bachelor of Music in Violin and Music Business from James Madison University.
