Vince Schmoeger has extensive experience in project management and public works, having served as Project Manager for the City of Lee's Summit since July 1987, where responsibilities include managing the annual Pavement Maintenance Program and developing a sidewalk asset management program. Previous roles include Assistant Superintendent and Public Works Inspector, focusing on the maintenance of public infrastructure. In addition to public service, Vince has held positions outside of government, including Senior Marketing and Tech Support at GO and SEE Travel since 2007, Operations Consultant at Anytime Fitness from 2004 to 2019, and Owner of an Anytime Fitness franchise in Lee’s Summit. Vince also served as Vice President at Go And See Team Travel from 2011 to 2015. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baker University, and an Associate of Arts degree from Bonozon Healthcare Pvt Ltd.
