Matthew Demar

Matthew DeMar is an experienced professional with a diverse background in public service and corporate roles. Currently serving as a Firefighter/EMT for the City of Leominster since July 2021, Matthew has previously held various positions at The TJX Companies, Inc., including Associate Planner, Co-Lead of the STAR Associate Resource Group, Senior Allocation Analyst, and Allocation Analyst from September 2016 to July 2021. Prior experience includes serving as an Assistant Veterans Service Officer for the Town of Framingham from March 2013 to June 2016 and working as a Crash Rescue Tech for Haws Run EMS/Rescue between April 2010 and June 2011. Matthew's military background includes serving as an Ordnance Technician in the United States Marine Corps from July 2004 to June 2011. Matthew holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Babson College and an Associate's degree in General Studies with a focus on EMT from Massachusetts Bay Community College.
