Bill Scott

Bill Scott is a seasoned Geographic Information Services professional with over 30 years of experience in municipal governance. Bill has served as the Geographic Information Services Administrator for the City of Lewisville, Texas, since February 2001, where responsibilities include developing and managing the Geographic Information Services division and overseeing various capital improvement projects. Prior to this role, Bill held the position of Geographic Information Services Manager for the City of Carrollton, Texas, from March 1992 to February 2001, where the focus was on managing the GIS program. Bill holds a Master of Public Administration degree in Political Economy/Public Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration, both from the University of Texas at Dallas.
