Earl S. Whitaker

Earl S. Whitaker, CPPB, is an experienced purchasing professional currently serving as Purchasing Manager for the City of Lewisville since August 2022. Prior to this role, Earl served as Purchasing Agent for the City of Plano from August 2013 to August 2022, with previous positions including Buyer Supervisor, Senior Buyer, Buyer II, and Buyer I within the same organization. Earl's career began at Chrysler from May 1994 to March 2008 as a Team Member. Earl holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Upper Iowa University (2005-2009), a Realtor license from the Champion School of Real Estate (2008), and a high school diploma from Henry Ford High in Detroit, MI (1984-1988).
