Elaine Ortega

Elaine Ortega is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Analyst with the City of Lewisville since July 2023. Prior to this role, Elaine held various positions at the City of Odessa, Texas, from March 2017 to June 2023, including Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Assistant. Earlier in their career, Elaine worked as a Customer Service Representative at the City of Odessa and spent nearly a decade at H-E-B in several roles, including Cashier and Business Center Representative, from January 2008 to February 2017.
