Scarlette Diseker

Scarlette Diseker has extensive work experience in the finance and banking industry. Scarlette worked at the City of Liberal as the Director of Finance from March 2023 to the present. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Accounting from August 2022 to March 2023, and Accountant from July 2022 to September 2022 at the same company.

Before joining the City of Liberal, Scarlette worked at Equity Bank as the SVP/Bank Manager from May 2018 to July 2022. Prior to that, they worked at the First National Bank of Liberal/Hugoton for almost 17 years, starting as SVP/COO in July 2001 and serving in that role until May 2018.
