Jennifer Brown

Jennifer Brown has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Jennifer started their career in 2001 with ICOMMM, Inc, where they served as the Vice President. During their time there, they successfully grew the business nationwide and eventually sold it. In 2008, they established their own consulting business called Sierra Consulting Associates, where they managed large-scale projects and created database applications for clients in the oil and gas industry. Their clients included GTS, Inc and PG&E. In 2017, Jennifer joined the City of Lincoln, CA, initially as the IT/GIS Manager and later became the Chief Innovation and Technology Officer. Jennifer is currently serving in this role.

Jennifer Brown earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from California State University, Chico. Jennifer attended the university from 1996 to 2001.
