Barbara Osborne

Barbara Osborne has over three decades of experience in community programs, currently serving as Community Programs Manager for the City of Little Rock since February 1986, after previously holding the position of Community Programs Coordinator. Prior to this role, Barbara worked as an Administrative Assistant at Michael Reese Hospital from February 1973 to August 1983. Academically, Barbara earned a Master’s degree in Management & Leadership from Webster University between 2005 and 2007 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Services from Arkansas Baptist College from 2003 to 2005.
