Amber D. Jackson, MPS has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Amber D. is currently serving as the Chief Equity Officer for the City of Little Rock, leading the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. In this role, they work closely with city staff and residents to develop and implement DEI programming, provide support to city departments, and oversee data initiatives and federal grants. Amber is also responsible for the development of the Staff Inclusion and Belonging Survey and supports the Little Rock Racial and Cultural Diversity Commission.

Amber D. Jackson, MPS, completed their education in a chronological order. Amber D. first attended the University of Arkansas - Pulaski Technical College from 2009 to 2011, where they earned an Associate of Arts - AA degree. Afterwards, they pursued their Bachelor's degree at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and graduated in 2014 with a Bachelor of Social Work. In 2013, they briefly studied Spanish language, art, and culture at the Universidad de Salamanca. Finally, from 2014 to 2016, they attended the Clinton School of Public Service, where they obtained a Master of Public Service.
