Tracey Shine

Tracey Shine, MBA, currently serves as the Community Development Manager for the City of Little Rock since May 2021 and has been the owner of Shine Coaching Inc. as a Life Coach and Youth Motivational Speaker since August 2005. Prior experience includes a role as Program Administrator at the Arkansas Department of Human Services from 2003 until February 2023. Additionally, Tracey held the position of Area Governor with Toastmasters club 7825 from 2010 to 2011. Tracey holds an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and has an academic background from Philander Smith University.
