Mike Pato

Mike Pato is a Senior Management Analyst at the City of Livermore, a position held since August 1999, where responsibilities include writing entitlements for residential and commercial development, reviewing development agreements, and assessing hydrology calculations and stormwater treatment measures. Additionally, Mike Pato has owned M&P Enterprises since January 2003, providing drafting and design services. Mike Pato received an Associate of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Center for Degree Studies at Penn State from 1990 to 1995 and attended Los Medanos College from 1986 to 1987.
