Robert Biga

Robert Biga has over 20 years of work experience in various roles within the public sector. Robert began their career at the Wayne County Airport Authority in 1998, where they served as the Director of Administration for five years. In 2004, they joined the City of Livonia as the Human Resources Director, a position they currently hold.

Robert Biga attended the University of Michigan from 1965 to 1969, earning a degree in Ab Ed. Robert studied a diverse range of subjects including Mathematics, Education, Social Studies, Physical Sciences, and Business.
