Roza Balasanyan

Roza Balasanyan is a skilled professional with extensive experience in grant management and administration. Currently serving as the Grants Coordinator for the City of Lloydminster since January 2023, Roza previously held multiple roles at the Government of Alberta from February 2021 to February 2023, including Grant Program Advisor, Program Grant Team Lead, and Program Grant Administrator. Roza also worked as a Business Performance Analyst for the Government of Northwest Territories from September 2018 to September 2019, and as an Administrative Assistant with the Public Prosecution Service of Canada in 2018. Early career experience includes positions as an Administrator in Finance Accounting at Dominion Diamond Ekati Corporation and as a Receptionist at Dominion Diamond Corporation. Roza holds a Bachelor of Management from Athabasca University and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Western University.
