David Palya

David Palya has extensive experience in public service and finance, serving as a Trustee for the Lockport Township Fire District since May 2013 and as Treasurer for the City of Lockport since April 1997. Additionally, David has a long tenure at Lockport Township High School, where David is currently retired, starting in September 1973. David holds a B.S. and M.S. in Industrial Technology/Technician, having obtained education from Northern Illinois University, Governors State University, and Joliet Junior College.
