Cesar Correa

City Manager at City of Locust

Cesar Correa, ICMA-CM, has served as the City Manager for the City of Locust since September 2016, overseeing a community of nearly 6,000 residents. Prior to this role, Cesar worked as the Assistant Township Administrator for the Township of Maplewood from March 2013 to August 2016, managing a significantly larger community of 24,000 residents. Cesar's earlier experience includes a position as a Graduate Assistant at Fairleigh Dickinson University Poll from May 2011 to May 2013. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration in Public Management from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Italian Studies from the University of Delaware, and additional studies at Rutgers University.
