Denise Wiman

Denise Wiman is an accomplished professional currently serving as a Senior Engineering Technician for the City of Lodi since 2007, focusing on Development Services and handling various tasks related to building and encroachment permits, map processing, and public improvement plans. In addition to this role, Denise has been the Business Owner of Stogies Lounge, a cigar lounge that offers beer and wine, since July 2015. Previously, Denise worked as a Construction Project Coordinator with the San Joaquin County Capital Project from 1998 to 2007. Denise studied at San Joaquin Delta College from 2004 to 2006.
