Jeff Berkheimer

Jeff Berkheimer is an experienced electric utility professional currently serving as the Electric Utility Director for the City of Lodi since August 2019, overseeing all operations and administration of the electric utility, which serves approximately 27,400 accounts with an annual budget exceeding $100 million. Prior to this role, Jeff held the position of Senior Vice President, Product at Rhythmos, where responsibilities included the technical and functional design of an asset optimization system. Jeff's extensive background at Sacramento Municipal Utility District spans multiple roles, including founding Manager of Distribution Operations Engineering, where leadership involved implementing advanced distribution management systems and optimizing distribution grid configurations. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Davis.
