Jennifer Howell

Jennifer Howell is currently employed as a Finance Technician for the City of Lodi since August 2023. Prior to this role, Jennifer served as a Senior Administrative Clerk at the Lodi Police Department from May 2014 to August 2023, where responsibilities included administrative tasks and support for police operations. Additionally, Jennifer has experience as a Records Clerk, handling various administrative duties and customer service within law enforcement. Earlier in their career, Jennifer worked as a Photojournalist at the Lodi News-Sentinel for nearly 13 years, including four years as Chief Photographer. Jennifer holds an Associate's degree in General Studies from San Joaquin Delta College.
