Tamara Thuotte

Tamara Thuotte is an experienced administrative and legal professional with a diverse background in community coordination, education, and retail. Currently serving as an Administrative Assistant for the City of Lodi since September 2021, Tamara previously held positions including Office Assistant for the State of California and Legal Assistant at the Law Office of Randy D. Roxson, Inc. Extensive experience includes coordinating over 20 community events annually for Emanuel Lutheran Church, managing outreach budgets, and organizing fundraising efforts that raised significant contributions. Tamara's teaching experience spans from substituting to supporting K-8 education at Lodi Christian School, and entrepreneurial skills were demonstrated through the ownership of MenScents Candles. Tamara holds a Bachelor's degree in Diversified Studies from the University of the Pacific.
