Cathy Parsons

Cathy Parsons is a seasoned professional in economic development and project management, currently serving as the Manager of Economic Partnerships for the City of London, Canada since October 2012. In this role, Cathy has overseen various cross-departmental projects, including initiatives related to fibre optic connections, brownfield redevelopment, and community economic strategies. Prior to this, Cathy held positions such as Specialist in Corporate Investments and Partnerships for the City of Windsor and Financial Analyst for The Ambassador Duty Free. Cathy possesses a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts, along with a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology/Sociology from the University of Windsor.
