Henry Klausnitzer

Henry Klausnitzer, SBStJ, CD, CEM, serves as the Manager of Emergency Management for the City of London, Canada, since 2005, and has been with Ground SAR Volunteer at OSARVA as a London Search and Rescue member since September 2020. Klausnitzer's extensive experience includes roles such as Sergeant at Arms for the Royal Canadian Legion from June 2017 to 2022, and a long tenure with the Canadian Armed Forces, where responsibilities included RSM of 4RCR from September 2013 to September 2016. Additionally, Klausnitzer has held instructor positions in emergency management and search and rescue training, and has engaged with various organizations, including being a Director at the RCR Association from 2013 to 2016. Educational qualifications include completion of advanced programs at Canadian Forces College and Canadian Emergency Management College, alongside a Certified Emergency Manager designation obtained in 2013.
