David Farnsworth

David Farnsworth is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the charitable sector. Currently serving as Managing Director at the City of London Corporation since June 2021, David previously held the position of Director and Chief Grants Officer at The City Bridge Trust from July 2013 to May 2021. An independent consultant from September 2012 to June 2013, David also managed the Refugee and Asylum Seekers Initiative as Head at The Diana, Princess of Wales Memorial Fund from March 2007 to August 2012, and led the Welsh Refugee Council as Chief Executive from 2004 to 2007. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Cambridge and completion of the Legal Practice Course at The College of Law, London.
