Ruth Kocher

Ruth Kocher currently serves as the Security & Business Systems Programme Manager for the City of London Corporation, leading the Secure City Programme with a focus on specialist business and IT programme leadership, quality assurance, and internal transformation skills since July 2019. Previously, Ruth held the position of Head of Project Portfolio Management for Global Banking and Markets at HSBC from May 1994 to September 2015, where Ruth established a best-in-class project portfolio PMO that enhanced transparency for senior management regarding technology and change investments. Ruth Kocher earned an M.B.A. from MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Bowdoin College.
