Jason Preece is a seasoned project and programme manager with extensive experience in both the public sector and non-profit organizations. Since January 2021, Jason has served as Senior Manager Project Finance at the City of London Police, leading significant projects within the Change Portfolio Office. Prior experience includes roles such as Programme Manager for organisational change at Macmillan Cancer Support, and Programme Manager for Children's Services Improvement at Croydon Council. Jason's career also features leadership positions at South West London and St George's Mental Health NHS Trust and the London Borough of Lambeth, where responsibilities encompassed establishing project management frameworks and spearheading strategic change initiatives. Earlier roles involved policy advisory and project management for the British Transport Police, as well as research positions at The Home Office. Jason holds an MBA in Strategic Management from Henley Business School, alongside various project management qualifications and leadership development training.
