Olivia H. is an experienced professional in crisis response management, currently serving as the HOLMES Administrator and DVI Coordinator at the City of London Police since July 2022. In this role, Olivia H. manages the Major Incident Room, coordinating the force Casualty Bureau and overseeing Disaster Victim Identification activation during Major Incidents. Prior to this position, Olivia H. held multiple roles at the City of London Police from July 2020 to July 2022, including Victim Contact Unit Manager and Team Leader - Fraud Hub Victim Contact Unit.
