Siobhan Honeyben

Siobhan Lee Honeyben is a seasoned professional in commercial contract management with extensive experience across various roles. Currently serving as Commercial Contracts Manager for the City of London Police since March 2021, Siobhan has led the integration of commercial contract management and enhanced the Contract Management Framework. Previously, as Senior Commercial Manager at David Phillips, Siobhan directed the commercial team in contract drafting and risk mitigation. Additionally, Siobhan coordinated international contract management efforts at Hays and negotiated significant IT outsourcing contracts at Atos. Siobhan holds a Master's Degree in Law from King's College London and a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Law from University College Dublin, along with a Legal Practice Course from BPP Law School.
