Sean-Patrick Barravecchio

Sean-Patrick Barravecchio currently serves as a Member of the Board of Ethics for the City of Long Beach, New York, since June 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Compliance and Risk Management/Corporate Counsel at iAnthus from November 2018 to July 2023, and Vice President, Head of Due Diligence/Interim Chief Compliance Officer at Uphold Inc. from December 2017 to August 2018. Sean-Patrick also held positions as Corporate Counsel/Compliance Officer at Peerform, Business Analysis and Reporting Specialist/AML Operations Consultant at JPMorgan Chase & Co., Legal Extern at the Office of the Attorney General of the State of New York, and Clinical Legal Intern at Touro Law Center Veterans' and Servicemembers' Rights Clinic. Sean-Patrick began a career in service as a Combat Medic in the New York Army National Guard from October 2003 to February 2008. Educational qualifications include a JD from Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center and a BA in Political Science from Stony Brook University.
