Catherine Ngo is a finance professional with extensive experience in various roles focused on financial analysis, budgeting, and business planning. Currently holding a finance position at the City of Long Beach since May 2022, Catherine previously served as a Senior Business Analyst II/Lead at SoCalGas, where responsibilities included business planning and budgeting for the IT Business Unit.
