Catherine Nguyen is an experienced professional in capital projects and strategic initiatives, currently serving as the Capital Projects Program Manager for Parks and Open Space at the City of Long Beach since January 2023. Previously, Nguyen held the position of Strategic Initiatives Manager at HACLA from March 2021 to January 2023. With a robust background at the New York City Economic Development Corporation from 2015 to 2021, Nguyen progressed through roles including Assistant Vice President, Senior Project Manager, and Project Manager. Additionally, Nguyen contributed as a Green Infrastructure Planner at the New York City Department of Transportation from June 2014 to October 2015.
