Currently retired, Dennis previously served as Business Information Services Bureau Manager at the City of Long Beach and President of Dennis Finch Consulting, Inc. Dennis also held positions at Meridian Management Consulting, ACS, and bearingpoint, among others. Holding an MBA in Management and a BBA in Banking & Finance / Computer Science from the University of North Texas, Dennis has a strong educational background to support their extensive work experience.
