Niloofar Rahmatollahi is an accomplished permit technician and senior interior designer with extensive experience in architecture and design. Currently serving as a Permit Technician for the City of Long Beach since March 2024 and at HOSStudios as a Senior Interior Designer since June 2022, Niloofar has a rich history of managing over 200 interior design and architectural projects from conception to completion. Previous roles include Permit Technician at VCA Code, Design Director at Zino Design, Senior Architect/Interior Designer at ATEC Consultants, and Architect/Interior Designer at Dezhar Design. Key projects include the City Center Hotel and several significant shopping malls and towers in Iran. Niloofar holds an Associate's degree in Architecture from Saddleback College, a Master of Architecture from Visvesvaraya Technological University, and a Bachelor of Architecture from Islamic Azad University Central Tehran Branch.
