Paul Duncan

Paul Duncan is a seasoned professional in social work and homeless services, currently serving as the Homeless Services Bureau Manager for the City of Long Beach since August 2020. Previously, Paul held roles including Homeless Services Officer and Continuum of Care Manager with the County of Orange, and Associate Director of Systems Integration with the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority. With a background in overseeing programs for various homeless service systems, Paul has also contributed to Mental Health America of Los Angeles as Program Director and Personal Service Coordinator. Paul holds both a Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) and a Bachelor of Social Work (B.S.W.) from California State University, Long Beach.
