Sergio Gutierrez is an experienced planning professional with a comprehensive background in land use entitlements, historic preservation, and advanced planning. Serving as Planner V for the City of Long Beach since July 2017, Sergio has previously held positions of Planner IV and Planner III, focusing on public outreach, accessory dwelling unit processing, and managing a public counter.
